THE OJT MEMORIES

Description

      This is a small organization which composed of students of Bachelor of 

Science in Office Administration major in Computer Education third year 

section A who function to achieved our set of objectives.

Our Vision

     To become the world's most the most valued organization and to become 

global office administrator in the near future.

Our Mission

•  To know more about  our subject Human Behavior and to become a competitive office executive in the field of business industry.

• To contribute to the standards of living enjoyed by people around the world by means of our works.

• By conducting different activities we make every discussion more informative , easy to understand and at the same time interesting.

• With the use of these activities cooperation and unity inside the organization was being build.

•  To understand better how these processes of organization function, the concept of  management and as well as the nature of managerial work.

Goals

• We demand ourselves to be effective and efficient in whatever job that was being indicated to us.

• We strive for continuous improvement in our performance not only inside the organization but in whole aspect.

• We respect everyone's tasks, opinions, and comments.  Take it as a constructive criticism.Because we believe that it will make us a better person and it will contributed to our improvement.

• We play active role in making the organization useful for us and for the community.  To establish its mission, purpose and objectives.

• We believe that leaders must possess or must have enough knowledge and information that he/she can contribute to his/her members and must lead us to a better place and help us strive for the best.

• We believe also that leaders must motivate others to work harder and reward those outstanding individual who have contributed much effort and showed their dedication to their work.
  

Organization's Environment

     
     They say that managers increasingly work in an unpredictable economic environment.

And it is important for the manager to respond quickly to these changes.

     In the activity that we have done, it was testing us how quickly we respond to sudden changes

and also how flexible we are. It also tests our personal characteristics as a future managers. As an observee of facilitator.

Organizational Behavior

     Int he activity, it shows that there are different behavior that a person possessed inside or 

outside the organization. That behavior affects the whole organization as well.  It can be a bad or good effect to everyone. 

     Some observee didn't contributed a lot in the organization. Some speak a lot more than they do, there are also in the exact opposite, and there are also members that didn't do anything .  They are only observing and waiting for the outcome.
